Data that customers process inside the Granet Pro application (sales, inventory, staff and customer records) belongs to the customer and is governed by the customer's service agreement, not this policy.
When you submit our contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (optional), business type, city, and your message. We use them to respond to your request, arrange demos, and follow up about our services. Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, which processes the submission on our behalf. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, the conversation is handled under WhatsApp's or your carrier's own terms.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, device type) and Google Ads conversion measurement to know when an ad visit leads to an enquiry.
